Hamasketeers: “Why? Because We Hate You”
“Oh, Oh, its answer is an AK-47″ - Al Aqsa Television 4/16/2007
When the Palestinian people held free and fair elections and Hamas was handed the reigns of power back in early 2006, the conventional wisdom was that radical elements within the various Palestinian factions would be neutralized or at least tempered if they were given a stake in their own future. Despite a staunch refusal to renounce violence and continuing calls for the destruction of Israel by the Palestinians, many in the international community lent their full support to the fledgling government.
After the elections, when it became clear that Hamas was still beholden to the annihilation of the Jews, Israel, the United States and Canada among others swiftly cut off foreign aid, in effect levying sanctions against the Palestinian government. But as we’ve seen time and time again in Iraq, Iran, North Korea and many others, sanctions themselves do not work and in reality have the opposite effect, hardening the resolve of those living under them.
It has long been observed that Palestinian children are indoctrinated from a very young age to hate and kill Israelis. Many Hamas marches through the streets feature young children as young as 7 or 8 toting mock -and in many cases real- explosive belts and AK-47s and goose-stepping like little Hitlers right alongside the doting adults. These children are taught that in order to destroy the Zionist Entity they must hate Jews more than they love themselves or their families. They are taught that “martyrdom operations”are a sacred duty. Their mothers declare their fervent wish that they had 20 children to send on suicide missions to kill Israelis. It is ingrained in their culture.
But it isn’t just Israel. It’s the US and any nation allied with us. And while they hate and curse all that we stand for, they emulate and imitate us. They wear Levi’s 501s and drink Coca Cola. They adopt symbols of our popular culture, intending to use them for future acts of terror against Israeli and (if they get their way) American targets.
Imitation is the Sincerest Form of Flattery
Palestinians are now copying western culture to promote their brand of asymmetrical warfare. Palestinian Media Watch recently reported that Hamas’ al Aqsa Television has adopted a knockoff of Mickey Mouse -one of this nation’s most beloved cultural icons- to sing songs and teach Palestinian children about their destiny to destroy Israel and rule the world. The United Nations has much to say on trafficking in the child sex trade. They have also vociferously condemned the forced conscription of child soldiers in various African countries on numerous occasions. But there is never a peep out of the UN on the outright brainwashing of Palestinian children.
This “marketing” of hatred and the inculcation of Nazi-style propaganda into the heads of children using pop culture will no doubt create future generations of suicidal robots, preprogrammed for as much carnage as possible. They will have no sympathy, no empathy, no pity. Western nations continually fail to read between the lines when Islamic radicals spew their hatred. The little girl featured in the Palestinian Media Watch video recites some pretty ominous propaganda, suggesting that the nucleus of the effort to establish a worldwide Islamic caliphate will be the future nation of Palestine, after Israel is disposed of, of course.
